These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the exepresspay.in website, mobile application and services. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and KYC.

2. Account & Wallet

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Your wallet balance may be used for transactions and settlements as per applicable limits and regulations.

3. Services

exepresspay.in offers services including AEPS, money transfer, Micro ATM, recharge, bill payments, PAN card and travel booking. Availability of services may vary and is subject to partner and regulatory approvals.

4. Commissions & Charges

Commissions, fees and charges applicable to each service are displayed within the platform and may be revised from time to time. You agree to the applicable charges at the time of each transaction.

5. Prohibited Use
  • Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or money-laundering activity.
  • Providing false information or impersonating any person or entity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts.
6. Transaction Disputes & Refunds

Failed transactions are handled as per the respective bank and partner policies. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your wallet within the standard timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

exepresspay.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
